A remarkable delegation of chefs and pizza-chefs headed by Gennaro Miele and Master Giuseppe De Stefano (La Pizza Beijing) is about to arrive in Dubai for the Italian Cuisine World Summit and the Italian Pizza World Summit contest. Among them chefs Samuele Rossi F&B Director Bella Vita Restaurant, Florentia Village in Tianjin and Francesco Sanna, head chef of Trattoria La Gondola Kempinski Hotel Beijing , and the winners of the Pizza Contests held in Beijing last June.
